I am in dire need of help from my community. After nearly 30 years as a florist at Unique Designs, I am having to close down due to circumstances out of my control. Truthfully, it has been a very difficult few years. After getting sick with Covid last year, I got so far behind that it was nearly impossible to catch up financially. Since October of last year, I have been working a second job at night trying to make ends meet for my business and my family. It’s been rough on me physically, mentally, and financially. It feels like I get one foot up and then I get knocked back down before I realize what’s happened. However, God has always took care of me and mine. I trust in His will, and I know there will be good to come out of this, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. I also know that I live in a good community of God loving people who are willing or know someone who is willing to help out someone in a time of need.

With that being said, I have three days to have everything out of the building. I have found a storage unit, so I need able-bodied volunteers to help lift and transport my belongings to said unit. I have some very heavy furniture, so it won’t be an easy task. Almost everything in the building is for sale and prices are negotiable. Also, I will be posting some pieces for sale so keep an eye out for that if you are a furniture flipper- there might be some things you can flip for a profit. Any help would be appreciated if you are able you can show up Thursday evening around 5:00 pm at 390 West Bockman Way, Sparta, TN. Thank you for many years of support with my small business. This is a community like no other.
