This is a great option for professionals who:
• Want to lower overhead costs
• Work part-time
• Are growing their clientele
• Want the freedom of a private space without committing to a full suite alone

We have a larger double suite that offers flexibility and plenty of room to create a space that fits your business. Whether that’s two hairstylists, a hair + esthetics combo, nails + esthetics combo, injector + wellness setup, and so much more.

Suite sharing allows you to have the independence of your own business while still creating a collaborative environment with another professional.

Who are the suites for?

Our spaces are designed for beauty and wellness professionals, including:
• Hairstylists & barbers
• Estheticians & lash artists
• Nail techs & massage therapists

We’ve also had interest from professionals like chiropractors, photographers, Aesthetic Nurses, and real estate agents.

If you’re a professional looking for a space to grow your business, we’d love to connect! Reach out and let’s chat!

How many suites are available?

We have 5 total suites, with 3 currently available.

We offer two different sizes:
• Private single suites
• A larger double suite (perfect for sharing or expanding your team)

What are the lease terms?

Whether you’re building your clientele or ready for your next level, our private suites offer the freedom, privacy, and professionalism your business deserves.

Leasing Options:
• 6-month lease for flexibility
• 12-month lease with preferred pricing

While I’ve introduced myself as the owner of Belmont Suites, I’ll also be working behind the chair here as Color by Chelsey.

Having worked in just about every type of salon setting throughout my career, I had a clear vision for what I wanted this space to feel like. Belmont Suites was created not only for other professionals, but for myself as well.

A space that feels elevated, supportive, and truly your own.
