I’ve noticed some beautiful new faces joining me here lately, and I just wanted to say welcome! ❤️

Thank you for being here, for following along, and for sharing a little love on the things I’ve been creating and blooming into lately. ❤️ So much of what I create is really an invitation to pause, breathe, reconnect, explore, and remember the beauty that is already here. I love creating little doorways into a more soulful, vibrant, delicious way of experiencing this wild and beautiful life, and I create them not just to share with you, but for us all to experience this together and be part of the ripple of healing and love that we are creating and sending out into the universe. ✨

Whether it’s a yoga practice, a meditation, a podcast conversation, a story, a piece of art, or a little heart-made creation, my hope is that something you find here adds a little more color, connection, nourishment, joy, or possibility to your journey, and that together we keep making this life a little more beautiful. ❤️

🌿 A little love for Tending the Garden Within… 🤍

One of my favorite parts of creating these little self-love kits is seeing them become something meaningful in someone else’s hands.

🤍 The first photo is Jess’s beautiful journaling space, where she opened her kit alongside her journal, candle and coffee. She even listened to one of my June meditations before opening it and shared how beautifully aligned the experience felt with so much she is moving through in her own life.

🤍 The second is Ginger’s heartfelt words after receiving hers -words that touched me so deeply and spoke to the love, intention and care woven into every little detail.

🤍 And the third is a little peek at some of the handmade stickers inside each kit, created to bring a little beauty, intention and playfulness to the journey.

Each one is made slowly and lovingly as an invitation to pause, reconnect, reflect, and tend to the garden within.

These aren't just things I've made. They're little invitations to create a few quiet moments of self-love and mama time in the middle of everyday life. ❤️

I'm so grateful these little creations are beginning to find their way into other hearts and homes.

Somehow this time of Fall has a big push before the quiet of deep winter, one must harvest and gather while the warmth and Sun are still out before the big exhale! I hear it in the crickets who know what is coming, singing their hearts out before the cold deepens.

After a full week of putting some beautiful things out into the world synchronized to this 1 numerology month in this 1 numerology universal year, we spent yesterday doing what fills us right back up — sipping nature's beauty, good food at Cheyenne Crossing, family bonding, and a little deep-woods wandering with big brother trees.

Sharing a few little moments from our day… 🍂🌲
The quiet was renewal. The woodpeckers were announcing the sacred in the beautiful ordinary. The footsteps filled with laughter. The people I love. In sum, All = Heaven on Earth.

Breathe • Brew • Renew is officially happening at the beautiful Les Deux Coffee in Spearfish! ❤️
Yesterday we secured our space, measured the room, and made it real.

I’m so excited to bring this little gathering to Spearfish and share an afternoon of sweet, gentle yoga, beautiful craft coffee, connection & community — breathing together and feeling cozy and yummy within before the buzz of the holidays.

This is an invitation to nourish ourselves in wholeness, so that when the festivities begin, we can feel grounded, present, and ready to fully enjoy the magic. ❤️

I’m so happy to share that Tending the Garden Within Kits are now available locally at Let's Rock Crystal Shop ! 🌻

These little handmade garden kits have been lovingly created here in the Black Hills, and now three little gardens are making their way onto the shelves of this beautiful local shop. ❤️

Each one is created with love and intention. A little invitation to pause, connect, reflect, and remember the magic that already lives within you.

If you've been curious to see one in person, this is your chance to wander in, take a peek, and perhaps find one that wants to come home with you.

🌿 And while you’re there, take a little time to wander through the shop, there are beautiful crystals, incense, books, and all kinds of wonderful creations waiting to be discovered. ✨

Sunday’s beautiful Yoga at the Park gathering got me dreaming about another cozy way to come together. ❤️

I’m feeling into the possibility of a Saturday, November 14 gathering for gentle Empowered Soul Yoga, coffee, conversation & community.

✨ 3–4 PM
✨ $20/person
✨ All levels welcome
✨ Pregnant + postpartum welcome
✨ Small gathering / limited spots

November 14 is a tentative date for now while I confirm the space—so first, I’m simply checking the interest! 🌿

The idea is simple: move, breathe, replenish, then linger over coffee and good conversation. ☕️❤️
