Casto & Harris was founded in 1933 and has been the chief West Virginia county government supplier for almost nine decades. We are one of only a handful of companies that provide sturdy record storage binders made in America. These binders & books are used by county & municipal governments to store vital, permanent records that will last hundreds of years. We sell & implement election storage and

deployment equipment as well as an innovative, patented voting booth. The record books and election equipment are marketed nationwide. C&H partners with ES&S to provide voting equipment, training, and election services for all 55 counties (as well as many municipalities) in West Virginia.

As Early Voting ends today, we want to wish WV counties well for the Primary coming up Tuesday.

At C&H, we vote early since most of us are historically out of town helping customers on Election Day…or being a poll worker.

So here’s to democracy - as flawed as our system is, it sure beats the alternative.

We are delighted to announce the winners of the first annual “I Voted” sticker contest, carefully selected by our panel of judges. The winner of the first place will advance to state-level judging, competing for regional and state awards. The Taylor County Clerk’s office will distribute “I Voted” stickers featuring the top 10 designs chosen by the judges for the Primary Election. We thank all students and teachers who participated in the contest for their enthusiasm and creativity.
