Healthcare, offboarding, more offboarding, and more healthcare. That’s Samantha’s own summary of a day at Fusion CX Boca Raton. As a Manager, she balances the needs and priorities of two departments while making sure both have the support they need. A proud moment came when she was asked to manage the new Healthcare department. For Samantha, it meant knowing the company trusted her with the responsibility and saw her potential. The balancing act can be challenging, but seeing both teams grow and succeed makes the extra effort worthwhile.

Off the clock, Samantha has a different stage to own. She’s a professional background vocalist who enjoys performing, good food, and music. Tea gets her vote, calm playlists are her preference, seafood is her comfort food, and her workday soundtrack would bring some reggae into the mix. Her biggest source of motivation and grounding? Her son.

And during one particularly serious work moment, a thought slipped in: “How did I end up being responsible for all of this?” A quick laugh to herself, then right back to work.

Latoya Citizen | Confidence Looks Good on Everyone

The best sign that Latoya’s training worked? She’s needed less. That’s the goal. As Training Manager at Fusion CX Houston, she wants agents leaving her sessions confident enough to think, apply what they’ve learned, and succeed independently. Getting there starts with connection: learning who’s in the room, encouraging participation, using real-life examples, and pausing long enough to make sure things actually click. Seven years into her Fusion CX journey, watching a class flourish with minimal help is still one of the wins that makes her proud.

Her off-duty formula has options. Gym? Yes. Photography? Absolutely. Personal-growth audiobooks and YouTube? Also yes. Sofa + TikTok? Sometimes that wins. She’s a night owl, coffee drinker, calm-playlist person, and Chipotle is her comfort-food pick after a long day. Even at work, one of her favorite little rituals is simply having coffee with a few agents.

And perhaps the most Latoya thing of all? Encouraging someone else instantly lifts her own mood. For someone who spends her days building confidence, that feels perfectly on brand.

As a Trainer at Fusion CX Florida, she's passionate about helping new hires build skills, ask questions without hesitation, and walk onto the floor with confidence instead of doubt.

Off the clock, she's switching between R&B and hip-hop music, trying new restaurants, watching crime dramas, and creating beautiful makeup looks for clients. Wings, tacos, seafood... they're all welcome after a busy day. And if everyone's trying to stay serious during a long meeting, there's a good chance she's wondering who's thinking about lunch first.

Over the last five years at Fusion CX, Jessica has helped create an environment where employees feel heard, respected, and supported. As Senior Director of Human Resources, she believes the best solutions come from understanding every perspective before taking action and leading with empathy, fairness, and trust.

Away from work, Jessica's schedule looks a little different. Family dinners, walks with the puppy, kids' sporting events, and cooking together at home are some of her favorite ways to recharge. Her playlist can jump from country to hip-hop and straight to Alanis Morissette depending on the mood, while her comfort food remains refreshingly simple: cottage cheese with salt and pepper.
