Trusted Choice Eldercare, LLC is growing our caregiving team in the Keene/Cheshire County area.

🏡 One-on-one care in our clients’ homes
You have the time to actually get to know the person you’re caring for.

⏰ Flexible scheduling
We have a variety of needs, from shorter 2–3 hour visits to longer shifts, including 12-hour day and overnight opportunities.

💵 Starting pay: $20/hour
Experience, availability and certain shifts may qualify for higher compensation.

❤️ Meaningful work
Sometimes caregiving means helping with personal care or meals. Sometimes it means keeping someone safe, taking them to an appointment, making lunch together, or simply being the person who makes an older adult feel less alone.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for people who are:

* Dependable — if you say you’re going to be there, you’re there.
* Kind and patient.
* Comfortable working independently.
* Able to communicate well with clients, families and our office.
* Willing to treat every client with dignity and respect.
* Looking for more than just another paycheck.

Professional caregiving experience is wonderful—but it isn’t the only experience that matters.

Maybe you’ve cared for an aging parent or grandparent.

Maybe your kids are getting older and you’d like meaningful work while they’re in school.

Maybe you’re retired or semi-retired and aren’t interested in a traditional 40-hour workweek.

Maybe you’ve worked in healthcare and you’re tired of caring for multiple people at once.

Or maybe you’re simply the person everyone has always been able to count on.

We can teach caregiving skills. Character, compassion and dependability are much harder to teach.

Especially interested in:

⭐ Caregivers interested in 12-hour shifts
⭐ Daytime availability

7 years ago…I was about to launch Trusted Choice Eldercare, LLC.
I was single, pretty much penniless, and setting out to create a new reality for my kids, myself, and lots of people who needed employment and seniors who would need support at home.
July 4th, 2019 we worked our first billable hours as a company.
Tonight, as July is on the brink of rolling in, I am in awe of the journey.
I am about to launch a second company that marks the beginning of a new journey that will grow alongside the strength of Trusted Choice.
thank you, to every one of you who’ve been a part of this past 7 years. The good, the bad, and the ugly!!
I’m honestly so grateful for every bit of it!! Even the super challenging times!!

I received the sweetest email tonight from one of our client’s wives!! ❣️

Hello,

We have had a great experience with Trusted Choice and would like to continue as long as we are able to. I wanted to share with you some feedback about the great people who have helped us.

Laynee - She is so mature, especially for her age. She is always even tempered and calm and goes above and beyond expectations to give Russ companionship and a variety of breakfasts. She is level-headed and takes initiative to improve things.

Rachel - She is always upbeat and lively. She is very thorough with showering and Russ’s exercises. She seems to really care about Russ’s welfare. She makes good suggestions and organized our pantry.

Isaiah - He is so very kind and even tempered, patient and pleasant.

Brooke - She is hardworking and seems serious about her job. She brought wood in and cleared our deck of snow. We miss her.

Rowan - She is so cheerful and a great companion. She takes initiative to clean the bathroom and vacuum. She has a great personality and is fun to have around.

Andrea - She is always upbeat and has a great sense of humor. Russ smiles at the mention of her name. She has impressed others who have come to visit with her demeanor. She is very conscientious and shows great attention to detail. She asks pertinent questions and takes notes when the OT is here and leaves me notes when I’m not here. The OT mentioned how attentive and involved she was during her therapy.

Ashley - She is so sweet, kind and industrious. She is always looking to do more chores. She handles the personal care tasks very professionally.

There are others we haven’t seen for awhile but all were so good.
