For 100 years, the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce has dedicated its mission to serving businesses, improving community vitality, and fueling economic prosperity. Through advocacy in community initiatives that serve the common good, member programs that deliver topics of relevance, and opportunities to engage businesses, the Chamber remains a resilient, rallying force behind economic vitality for our region. The Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce was founded on May 25, 1921 in Greenacres by a group of business leaders who saw the need for an organization to represent business interests in the Spokane Valley. The Chamber incorporated as a 501(c) (6) business league, serving businesses and organization members throughout the Greater Spokane Valley, including the cities of Spokane Valley, Millwood and Liberty Lake and unincorporated areas of Spokane County. Spokane Valley Chamber membership is available for any business, organization or retiree that desires a business presence in the Spokane Valley—regardless of their geographic origin.

BREAKING: TOP GOLF IN LIBERTY LAKE CONFIRMED ⛳️ The Greater Spokane Valley Chamber is excited to welcome a new neighbor to the community.

Kiemle Hagood announced today TopGolf USA has acquired an 11-acre premium development property in City of Liberty Lake, brokered by Kiemle Hagood. The transaction closed on October 28, 2026, and represents a significant addition to entertainment retail development in the Inland Northwest.

Providence Heart Institute opened its new pediatric cardiac catheterization lab earlier this week.

"We are the regional institute for all complex cardiac care and this will be the first dedicated pediatric cath lab," said Colleen Fox, Providence Inland Northwest Foundation Chief Philanthropy Officer. Made possible by generous donors, the Follow Your Heart campaign raised $10 million dollars to bring the space to life.

Bouten Construction's Ryan Keogh, Director of Special Projects said, "I think everyone on our team who loves this kind of work lives with the tension of two competing realities. The first is that occupied healthcare is one of the most challenging environments in which to build. The second is that it’s impossible not to be inspired when you know your work will affect thousands of people for years to come."

Construction began in Spring earlier this year, and the new lab space welcomed its first patients this Tuesday, Oct. 20.

We are grateful to our generous hosts, Spiceology and Hotstart Inc, who opened their doors to young minds earlier this week.

Our Manufacturing Connect program brought Spokane Valley Tech advanced manufacturing high school students to these two sites, allowing them to see firsthand what real career paths can look like after high school.

We appreciate how the Valley Chamber community steps up to shape opportunities for the next generation!

After hearing directly from district leaders and reviewing the measures, the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors voted to support the replacement levy measures proposed by Central Valley School District, East Valley School District, and West Valley School District for the November 3rd election.

The Chamber believes these investments are important to students, families, employers, and the future of our community. We encourage voters in Central Valley, East Valley, and West Valley to join us and support their districts’ replacement levy measures.

This year, included visits to Arbor Crest W**e Cellars, Sonderen Packaging, Swire Coca-Cola, Spokane Seed Co., and more. We had a great time touring some of the sites that make our region so unique.
