Now that all our employees are off the job sites for the holiday, we hope you all have a great 250th, 4th of July!

Thanks to those who helped, we decorated on our I-90 highway project in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

It's not often, but when it happens, it deserves recognition! Today we celebrated "Scotty" for achieving his 50th work anniversary with N.A. Degerstrom, Inc. Scotty started working here on July 1, 1976. To put this into perspective, Scotty was with us before the Viking 1 Mars Landing, Jimmy Carter was elected President, the release of the first Star Wars movie, and Elvis Presley's passing.

When asked what his secret was, he said, "It's easy when you're working for a good company and with good people".

N.A. Degerstrom, Inc. was able to participate in the 2026 AEMA Summer Summit event, held in Spokane, Washington, this month, as an exhibitor with podium time. It's great to see the advancement of mining activities being improved across the country. Thank you, Carin Currier, for sharing photos of the event.

N.A. Degerstrom, Inc. was awarded the Spokane Chestnut Bridge Project. This project will improve the bridges' foundations, and we will install large-diameter riprap to prevent future erosion.

N.A. Degerstrom, Inc. was awarded the Hanson road overpass bridge removal project located in Moses Lake, Washington, last week! The current overpass is closed due to structural issues. We are happy to help facilitate this emergency project on I-90, so WSDOT can prepare for the new bridge structure.
