Program Manager, Tony Marzetta provided a snapshot of the injection molding process. Injection molding enables scalable and repeatable production of complex geometries with tight tolerances, making it an essential manufacturing method for producing durable, high-performance parts in specialized industries.

KXLY-TV visited Military Trades Day in Liberty Lake to spotlight alternative pathways into engineering and technical careers. Altek Program Managers Tony Marzetta and Christopher Marzetta discussed how students can pursue rewarding careers without following the traditional four-year college route.

Representing Altek’s partner company, MINDS-i Education, General Manager Levi Wilson highlighted the wide range of career opportunities in drone design, construction, and implementation.

On this day fifty years ago, Altek was founded. Today, we proudly celebrate Altek’s 50th Anniversary.

The company began as K & M Engineering and Tool in the founder’s garage. Six years later, it became Altek Machining & Molds. On July 23, 2015, the name was streamlined to simply Altek Inc.

While the name has evolved over the decades, our commitment to quality, integrity, and excellence has remained constant. Fifty years later, that same foundation continues to guide who we are and where we are headed.

Founder, Al Marzetta was proud of the accomplishments the company achieved, and if he were with us today, he would be equally proud of the growth, improvements, and new direction the company is pursuing.

Thank you to all of Altek’s team members who work together each day to advance our North Star Vision. Without every one of you moving in harmony toward a common goal, we would not be where we are today.
