1. Average project value
2. Gross profit per job
3. Max cost to acquire a customer

Without those numbers, you're not running ads.

A lot of contractors are paying marketing agencies $500-$2,000 a month or more and still have no idea what they're getting from them, especially if they're running Google Ads.

That's dangerous.

Even if you hire an agency, you should understand:

- What keywords are being targeted
- What leads are actually worth paying for
- What your cost per booked job is
- Where the wasted adspend is going.

You don't need to become a marketing nerd. But you do need to understand the numbers.

We are looking for an experienced roofer to join our team. You’ll construct safe and durable roofs and fix damaged parts such as, for example, broken shingles. You’ll install all materials in good order and set up systems, such as insulation and v***r barriers. To succeed in this role, you should have the ability to use hand tools, such as shingle cutters and roofing hatchets, and stand on ladders and scaffolds for long hours at a time. You’ll also know how to handle materials (e.g. wood, asphalt) for different roofing styles and tasks.

Responsibilities

Build roofs using various materials and tools

Deliver projects within timeline

Repair or replace broken

Ensure roofs protect buildings from weather conditions, such as rain or snow

Use hand tools and other equipment (e.g. scaffold, ladder)

Follow safety rules
