We’re gathering at Corbin Park for an evening of kickball, yard games, community connection, and conversations about the future we’re building together in Spokane.

The Draft ReFIVE Plan is now available for public feedback and input, after nearly a year and a half of community engagement, partnerships, and coordination. The plan presents a vision to refresh and revive 5th Avenue in East Central and recommends strategies for connectivity, economic growth, and quality of life improvements.
