I cannot tell you how many recently installed cabinets I have found with poor layouts.

Homebuyers should open every cabinet in a kitchen to identify installation issues that could turn it into a money sink down the road.

We will.take on inspections during the Covid-19 quarantine, however the property must be
un-occupied and no more than one person other than myself may be in the property during the inspection and social distancing must be maintained. I carry and use all required PPE.
In liu of an after inspection walk through, I can video chat with you as I walk through the property to answer questions.

Since I have been cooped up due to the Covid -19 crisis I have been working on revamping Good Faith Home Inspections.
This includes designing a new website, taking some extra classes and developing some new marketing strategies.
