We are so proud and humble to be a part of Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest an organization that has been doing incredible work within the Spokane community!
Alissa is a Spokane native, born in Spokane, she spent 10 years of her youth on the west side of the state before returning in 2002 to begin her Bachelor’s degree at Whitworth University, and making it her forever home.
She graduated with a B.S. in Political Science and Speech Communications from Whitworth University in 2006 and an M.A. in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University in 2011.
In 2016 Alissa received the Spokane Catalyst 20 Under 40 Award as well as the Most Valuable New Player of the Year Award from Executive Women International (EWI) for her philanthropic work across the Northwest.
In 2018 Alissa was the recipient of the Spokane Top 20 Women in Business Leadership Award and completed the Small Business Association’s Emerging Leader’s Program in Spokane, both in conjunction with her work as a Partner/Owner in Roloff Digital Forensics and her and her husband’s growing Residential and Commercial Real Estate Investment Business.
Alissa has 4 young children with her husband Josiah, three daughters and one son, ranging in age from 3 to 10 years old. She is happy to be raising her young family here in Spokane and excited to continue to grow business and community in a sustainable and intentional way that provides value to this area and our residents.
