You know what.... we've been doing security all wrong. If there are any tips you would be willing to share with us about how to be better, we would love to hear them.

It's a scary world out there, people...

We keep you safe by reporting the things you could just report yourself...but our trained observers have better eyes...or phones...or something. They must be better somehow, right? Right!

We can use our special phones to, uh...document or something. Don't call a scary armed security person when you could call us! Trained picture-takers!

In a letter we received on the 1st-ish of August, we were given a letter asking us to remove a post, and in this letter we were told "_____ is in full compliance with its obligations and has exceeded their expectations"

I just met with the building across the street because of this trash pile on wheels has moved up and down the block over the past week.
The manager told me "yea, we just had to move it from our gate because it was in the way"
This issue should have been dealt with a week ago.

I might make a post ablut the broken window theory and why things should be dealt with immediately, instead of taking pictures and driving off.

Some of you might know that we went 50/50 with Columbia on a old S.W.A.T truck.
Now... you might be asking "who gave the children access to the bank accounts" or probably "why does a security company need a armored truck"
We cant help you on the first one, but to the second we say "because it's fricken cool"
There will definitely be more update videos as more work gets done, so be sure to stay tuned.

Which would make you sleep better at night. Documentation of a trash pile on your property, or an investigation and possible removal of issues, followed by a report of any/ all actions taken.

For Maximum clients, they choose the proven results.

I believe the eyes of property managers are being opened, and those that think they can get away with only documenting/ doing nothing are scared and choosing to feign strength.

Maximum is coming for spokane clients that want proven results. We're excited to see what the future holds.

Just because you steal and get off property does not mean that you "got away." If our clients provide us with a direction of travel and a description, we will go block by block to find you.

Maximum Security will do everything in our power to ensure the stuff you stole gets back to our client.

We are not your "normal" security company. There is no "safe base." There is no "I got away."
Our clients choose security that matters. Not just a human camera in a uniform.

I know you’ve heard that our goal here at Maximum Security is to be as helpful as possible, but you might not know or understand the steps that we take to do that

We have had multiple clients come up to us and say things on the lines of “(insert scenario here) Do you guys do that?” to which we respond with “We can definitely do that, and in the future, if you guys don't know if we do something, just say ‘yes, they can do that’ then send me a text, so I know what to expect”

Honestly we take pride in helping people. You pay us good money, you deserve to get good, honest, staff that's dedicated to making your day easier. Not someone that says “we can't do that” or “they aren't our client”

There is a difference between paying “$15 for pictures and a report” and “paying $15 for people that want to go above and beyond for their clients.” Maximum’s goal is to put the golden rule into each and every interaction we have. Client or not.

Maximum only hires people that want to spend that extra 10 minutes to ensure the problems get solved. A look on security I wish more companies took.

As we attempt to grow into Tri-Cities, we came across a broken down vehicle on the 182.
