Today, all of us at TMG pause as teammates, families, and Americans to remember September 11, 2001. A day that forever changed our nation and reminded us that, in our most difficult moments, Americans will always stand up for one another.

We honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the extraordinary courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who answered an unimaginable moment with bravery and selflessness.

Twenty-five years later, we remember not only the tragedy of that day, but also what followed...strength, unity, and patriotism.

Today, we remember those we lost, honor those who answered the call, and remain grateful for those who continue to serve and defend our country and our freedoms.

May we never forget the sacrifices made that day and in the years that followed.

We Remember. We Honor. We Will Never Forget.

🎉 23 Years of Leadership. Growth. Purpose.
This month marks 23 years since Joe Barto founded TMG — and what a journey it's been. From a bold idea in 2002 to a national rollout with the U.S. Navy and trusted partnerships across industries, one thing has remained constant: It’s all about the people!

TMG isn’t just a business. It’s a tribe — a team that plays to win, seeks perfection, and leads by example. In this year’s anniversary message, Joe reflects on what TMG has built, the partners who made it possible, and why “Mission First – People Always” is more than a motto.

If you're a leader who wants to lead or someone who believes trust pays more than control, we invite you to read the full letter.

(ARLINGTON, VA) – The National Defense Industrial Association - (NDIA) is expanding its partnership with the U.S. Navy's Talent Pipeline Program (TPP) to enhance talent acquisition, training, and retention across the U.S. Navy defense industrial base (DIB). According to NDIA’s Vital Signs 2025 report, critical components of the U.S. DIB, particularly skilled trade positions, have significantly declined over recent decades. The TPP is actively reversing this trend by training, coaching, encouraging, and recognizing small and medium-sized companies to improve their Talent Acquisition and Retention systems of recruiting, training, and retaining productive and engaged workers crucial to maintaining naval supremacy.
