Due to the increased demand in RJ0193 v-band clamps, RAJAY is not fulfilling large orders requested by resellers. We are trying to keep clamps on the shelf for our customers and not allowing resellers to buy and markup the clamps. If you need replacement clamps for your airplane, we have them!

RAJAY (TALCO Aviation) has received approval for an AMOC (Alternate Method of Compliance) for AD 81-19-04. AD 81-19-04 required the replacement of all air, oil and fuel hoses modified by RAJAY STCs to be replaced every 5 years regardless of condition. The AMOC now allows a "Replace On Condition" so long as you follow the referenced TALCO Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and Service Letter 30 when using the RAJAY PMA Hoses!

The FAA has issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking of a proposed Airworthiness Directive (AD) for exhaust v-band clamps. This AD would also include STCs like RAJAY. Please take the time to review the proposed AD. The public is welcome to make comments on this proposed AD.
