Our partnership with Archdiocese of Indianapolis continues as we study Operational Vitality as part of the Center City Study and gather insights to share with the Steering Committee guiding the work.

But the best part? Being with our students and seeing firsthand the people and communities at the heart of Catholic education.

Thank you to the good people and leaders in the Diocese of Peoria for welcoming Avanti Advisors into their opening meeting of the year! Keynoting is one of our favorite things to do. Go and do great things this year!

While there Avanti had the privilege of visiting the tomb of Fulton Sheen who will be beatified in Saint Louis next month. His legacy lives on strongly in Peoria.

Cultures of continuous improvement always win the day and today's conversations were a great reminder of what's possible when school leaders are committed to listening, learning, and growing.

It was a privilege to connect with more than 100 dedicated Catholic school leaders and discuss how stakeholder feedback can become a catalyst for meaningful, lasting improvement.

We enjoyed sharing how the Catholic School Improvement Surveys help school leaders transform stakeholder feedback into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

Small towns inspire big ideas and even bigger possibilities for Catholic education.

It was a pleasure spending time with our newest partner, Cedar Valley Catholic Schools, in the Archdiocese of Dubuque. Their board is ready to embrace change, pursue continuous improvement, and lead with an option-thinking mindset focused on creating the best possible future for their students and communities.

The best part of every conference isn't the booth, it's the conversations.

Last week, the Avanti Advisors team was grateful to connect with principals, school leaders and administrators at the Diocese of Rockville Centre Summer Vendor Expo on Long Island.

Every conversation reinforced why we do what we do: Helping schools strengthen leadership, culture, governance and long-term success.

Great organizations don't happen by accident. They grow because people make the time to listen, collaborate, and plan for what's next.

At our Avanti Summer Team Retreat, we stepped away from the day-to-day to do just that.

Together, we celebrated the impacts we've made with schools across the country, explored new opportunities to serve Catholic education, and aligned around a shared vision for the future.

One idea kept surfacing throughout the day: Our role isn't to reinvent schools, it's to help great schools become even stronger.

We're excited about what's ahead and look forward to sharing more insights, resources, and client success stories in the months to come.

Today, we celebrate what Avanti Advisors has become: Durable, Strong, and Always Flexible in how we serve those we partner with.

We are so pleased to announce our newest partnership with The Roman Catholic Diocese of SAN DIEGO! Over the next year we will be working with their local steering committee to better understand the opportunities that exist for vocation promotion, seminary formation, and post ordination formation for priests. An incredible time to be in Southern California as they embrace growth, innovation, and change!
