The Goal Pyramid: Turning big dreams into daily habits. 📐👇

All week, we’ve been looking at how to build a business strategy that actually works. We've talked about the top of the pyramid (Outcome Goals like hitting 100 transactions) and the middle (Performance Goals like breaking down where those deals actually come from).

But today, we’re looking at the foundation that holds the entire structure together: Process Goals.

Your process goals answer one simple question: What do I need to do DAILY to hit my numbers? It’s not enough to stare at a big revenue target. You have to break it down into daily, manageable actions:
📞 How many phone calls do you need to make today?
✍️ How many thank-you notes do you need to send out?
🤝 How many people do you need to connect with?

When you focus on winning the day, the week takes care of itself, the performance goals take care of themselves, and you hit that big outcome at the top.

Stop setting goals without a strategy. 📐👇

It’s great to say you want to hit 100 transactions or clear $200k this year. Those are your Outcome Goals, and they sit right at the top of the pyramid.

But how are you actually getting there?

That’s where Performance Goals come in. You have to break that big number down:
👉 How many listings do you need?
👉 How many buyers do you need to work with?
👉 How many deals are coming from referrals?

If you don't know the exact breakdown of what needs to happen, you'll never hit the top.

Are you only setting HALF of your goals? 📐👇
