Happy Halloween. If you have the Nest Hello doorbell cam, you can go into your settings in app, select your doorbell, then scroll down and select doorbell theme. Select spooky sounds and you are ready to have anyone who rings your doorbell in the mood to say Trick or Treat.

A few updates for all of our customers.

1.If anyone is having internet issues you are not alone. Many providers, including AT&T and Comcast have announced reduced speeds and servicing during the Covid Pandemic, specifically in the last week or so. This also applies to cellular connections. Not everyone is affected, but if you are, we encourage you to contact your ISP and be understanding that networks are having issues.

2. We have gone back into extra covid precautions that affect our coverage area, scheduling, and amount of PPE our techs wear while on site.

3. To add to the above, we are all out in the field to assure safety and jobs are completed efficiently. Due to this and rotating work schedules for techs, the best contact methods for us are, emailing [email protected], fill out and submit website request form @ aVgUYs tn.con, text 615-302-7901, or call 615-302-7901 and leave a message. We will reply as promptly as possible.

We are taking steps to begin operating in occupied structures. If you are on our waiting list and are not in Davidson County, you will here from us this week to be scheduled for your services.

Please be patient as we are attempting to adhere to local guidelines and apply them toward your safety and the safety of our employees.

It will also be a practice to wear masks and follow distancing suggestions as we are communicating and working on your project. Specific instructions will be sent to you at the time of scheduling.

Good morning.

We are continually trying to balance distancing, guidelines, and essential workload. As of now we are continuing isolated work and isolated contracts only. We will review this the week of April 19th and keep you up to date. There is a wait list for when we do open up availability.

Update on AV Guys policies to date.

During this national shock and worldwide pandemic we have continued to offer service as best we can. In all honesty, we are trying to keep workflow as smooth and as safe as possible.

We are running a 30+ day schedule booked out for anyone wanting our services. This is due to rotating schedules and shifts, sanitization protocol, and social distancing.

We will continue to maintain our level of quality and respect for our customers while working consistently at completing each and every project we have committed to. We will also respect the health of our customers and the decisions of local legislators. Thanks for your continued support and understanding. We will update next week for those following.

We are taking social distancing and local guidelines seriously. We are working on certain projects this next week as originally planned, we will evaluate on Friday what the best decision is for everyone we are involved with.

Hello friends and fans. The last couple of weeks and the next couple of months will be trying times for a few reasons. We made it through some bad times and weather, we are constantly reminded of a global virus, and many manufacturers we carry are holding shipping until further notice.

As we continue to navigate these tragedies and issues, please be patient with us. We are booked out for weeks and have a workload piling up. We are also considerate of anyone wishing to be left alone at this time. We will get to our jobs as quickly and as safely as possible.
