Kiwanis Club of San Francisco

The San Francisco Kiwanis Club welcomes Jack Hoban, entrepreneur, author, retired Marine and resolution dispute expert. Jack will discuss "Creating a Protector Culture in Policing -- Lessons from Camden, New Jersey" and will share with us the three keys to initiating the profound cultural change that brought Camden from the most dangerous city in America per capita, to the gold standard for community policing. Jack is President of Resolution Group International and a Subject Matter Expert for the U. S. Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, and he has led over 600 workshops and seminars around the world. His business and military experiences, as well as 30+ years background in martial arts give him a unique perspective. He is the author of the book "The Ethical Warrior and The Ethical Protector - Police Ethics, Tactics and Techniques." In addition to his military experience, he is a veteran in the areas of information technology and business process outsourcing in healthcare and other industries. He is also a Master Instructor in the Japanese Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu martial arts system. Please join us and welcome Jack Hoban.
