👷‍♂️ Team Spotlight: Kyle Kowalski | VP of Operations

At Turnkey Contracting by Gillan, the work we’re proudest of starts with the people behind it and Kyle Kowalski is a big part of that story.

As Vice President of Operations, Kyle plays a critical role in keeping projects moving forward. His experience has been built from the field up, giving him a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to plan, manage, and execute construction projects successfully.

Kyle brings a strong background in contracting, including prior experience specializing in agricultural and commercial building projects. His career has spanned hands‑on field work, supervision, and project management, allowing him to bring a well‑rounded perspective to every project Turnkey takes on.

He approaches his role with a steady, thoughtful mindset and a strong sense of responsibility—focusing on clear communication, sound judgment, and doing things the right way from start to finish.

Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Western Illinois University, pairing formal education with real‑world experience that directly benefits our clients and our work.

Jeff and Neil attended the WWETT trade show in Indianapolis this week - one of the biggest industry events for water line installation, sewer and septic services.

They came home with fresh ideas AND new equipment that’ll be put to work this upcoming season.
