Not only is the frustrating for us but for our clients. This form took 90+ days, and was ordered along with 60 other forms. We have also had 72 forms on back order… and our fish paint… Not only do I have to pay shipping on each form individually now as they send them one by one — but I am now getting another surcharge fee because of increasing supply costs for raw materials…
