Happy Mother’s Day 💐to all of you incredible Mamas who give selflessly to your kiddos, students, grandchildren, nieces, nephews etc. you are superheroes 🦸‍♀️ becoming a Mama has been the best title I could ever wear so blessed by these 2 boys of mine 💙💙I love you forever and ALWAYS❌❤️❌❤️

🖤💙🤍Here it is another {Space} {Styled} for the amazing Andrea let’s me have full reign, & totally trusts me which to a decorator is such a 🎁 & I have gotten to know her girls so well I always think 🤔 what would they truly love?..so here’s the afters & befores of what I have named 💙🖤🤍everything in this {Space} has been denied in fact to the sub floor…new custom cabinets that the blue is in person bright but also classic the newly built medicine cabinet is personalized with some great functional features like 🔌 for their🪥 then a challenge was not much natural light so I found this fabulous mirror that projects light on the wall and chose a paint that really lightens and brightens the {Space} and the floor 🖤 the black hexagon in person with dark grout😍 low maintenance that packs a design punch 🥊 the niche in the shower is not only cute but it has been measured to perfectly fit all the 🧴🧴🧴🧼and things😉 Andrea gets a shout out for the shower tile as I FaceTime her while she found it to get the perfect size to create the pattern I wanted in there👏🏻 I hope these beautiful girls love their {Space} and know I loved as always working on it for them❤️🖤💙🤍 📸after pics taken by the talented 📸

It’s reveal week over here🥳🥳 and… first stop is a project that has been a labor of love and too many hours to even keep track of..I donated my time to {Style} the Teachers lounge at the elementary my boys went to.. it all started with the amazing Casey Sanford Coin talking about their exceptional PTO wanting to make it over and I jumped on the train and came up with a vision…teachers filled out a survey and we read through each one, then PTO cleaned out the {Space} and I started working on what all I wanted to incorporate every decision I made was very intentional…only catch was my vision came with a 15’x5’ table as the centerpiece (my contractors were too expensive), then I chatted with Lauren Perkins & she said her hubby David perkins would be up for the challenge and so it began...I had to find a way to marry the floor that was existing with the cabinets and countertops and tie it all together and try to make all those wonderful teacher requests fit in the vision too! IF you know me then you know how much I VALUE Teachers & Staff and the role they have on our children so every single hour every single purchase was made of love to let them feel special in this {Space}🥰❤️❤️📚✏️❤️❤️ I could write a book on each person that poured into this room and how amazing they are❣️ here’s my vision & the newly {Styled Space} Mindy Nixon

This fabulous bathroom for 3 teenage girls is finished 💙🤍🖤 here’s a teaser..”After pics” by to come very soon 📸 check out that mirror I chose due to lack of light I’m so so happy with it it’s kinda fabulous!!! And custom cabinets painted in a very fun pop of 💙 the niche is HUGE done in a very fun pattern for ALL their products 🧴 🧼 and the floor y’all it’s totally different with same color grout as tile to be easy maintenance and have a very modern appeal 🖤🖤named this project
