🌊 Woodlands neighbor called us — water was pooling under their Viking built-in refrigerator.
Our tech showed up and found the drain pan was completely overflowing. After careful inspection, the drain pan heater had failed — it wasn't evaporating the condensation anymore so the pan just kept filling up until it spilled over.
Replaced the drain pan heater same day. Leak gone. ✅

🔧 Frigidaire Upright Freezer Not Cooling — Tomball, TX
A Tomball customer called us worried — their upright freezer was losing temperature and it was full of meat. 🥩
Our technician Lester diagnosed it fast: the defrost heating element had failed, causing the evaporator coils to frost over and block all airflow. He manually defrosted the freezer on the first visit to save the food, then returned the next day with the part and replaced the heating element.
Good as new. ✅

Today's job: a Hoshizaki ice machine at one of The Woodlands' nicer venues, buried under heavy scale on the evaporator. After a full deep clean, it's pulling clean water, freezing cycles are firing on time, and the ice tastes like ice should — like nothing.
Commercial ice machines work hard. Hoshizaki, Scotsman, Manitowoc, U-Line — they all need a real descale every 6 months, sooner if you're on hard water (most of North Houston is). Skip it and the evaporator dies expensive.

Microwave door completely stuck — won't open at all. Sound familiar? 🙋
That's what brought us to a home in Shenandoah, TX this week. The customer couldn't use their Sharp microwave at all because the door mechanism had failed completely.
