Can I testify?!!!

On this day 1 year ago, I had 3 surgeries. 8 hours later I awakened with the dryest mouth ever, but oh so thankful to be ALIVE👏🥳! I will testify one of these days on video but for today…I want to testify ON THIS DAY & give Jesus all the glory for my life!

Before my surgery God gave me a word of promise, 3x’s HE said to me, “It will go well with you.” I was waiting to hear from HIM for WEEKS😩…literally shaking in my boots…scared to death. And 2 days before my surgery, HE SPOKE🙌! HE’s an on time God!

I needed to hear HIS voice, otherwise, I was convinced I would not make it. BUT GOD IS FAITHFUL! In that hospital bed, dry mouthed & AWAKE, I praised HIM for his grace & mercy in my life…& I began to seriously seek Him for answers. What do I need to do to never NEED surgery again? How can I PREVENT my husband, kids, friends & family from having to go through this with me AGAIN? How do I help others? I need answers & you alone have these answers. I begged God as is my custom AND…

…Praise be to God! The Great Physician has given me ANSWERS, STRATEGIES & WISDOM for health & wellness. HE is my HEALER & your HEALER! HE wants us healthy & well!!!

As a result, I am creating a health & wellness program which will be like manna from heaven to those who partake! A program that will be breathed on by God & bring transformation to multitudes of people, in Jesus’ name! It will be like arrows of FIRE against the kingdom of darkness, sickness & disease! Jesus SHALL be glorified! 👏🙌🥳Thank you Lord!!!!🙌

There’s a time for everything under the sun…

Most days my households diet is 100% whole food plant-based & contributes to health & long life. BUT when it’s time to celebrate, we all eat CAKE!

Cake is not our daily norm…cake is not our weekly nor monthly norm. I will never agree with the saying, “Everything in Moderation!” Those words are a trick, a scheme & a lie from the pits of hell & has too many people jacked up & diseased up…

…but I will say, there’s a time to fast & a time to FEAST! Just make sure your fasting outweighs your feasting.

This weekend we celebrated & feasted & it was righteously🔥LIT🔥as we celebrated our eldest child’s 17th birthday! Happy Birthday P3! We love you!!!

I’m often asked, do your kids eat like you & your husband? My answer is YES!!!! As their parents we were assigned to train them up in the WAY they SHOULD GO!

My husband & I have changed our ways, because the evidence shows overall American health & particularly African American health is failing compared to other races & thanks be to God we know exactly why! We know it’s not the result of genetics, but rather the result of daily lifestyle choices & habits.

As a RN, I’ve also read in journals for years now, how children are increasingly diagnosed with the very same diseases that were only diagnosed in adults not too long ago.

So, if YOU are on a health journey, PLEASE take your kids along with you. They’ll thank you later!

Let them participate in all things health. After all, their health matters as well & what they do today WILL IMPACT THEM LATER!

What are your thoughts on this? I’d love to hear even if you disagree.

I struggle with planning my meals. I plan everything else but meal planning is NOT my thing. Clients have asked & I can’t help ya! But I know I gotta get into it!

Settling for less than God’s best is an option & many believers don’t mind taking the crumbs meant for the dogs.

But as a son/daughter of God may I remind you that your God & my God has laid out before you HIS VERY BEST!

Mental health is yours (soundness of mind to make good decisions). Physical health is yours (from the crown of your head to the souls of your feet be healed). Spiritual health is yours (walk closely with your creator & obey HIM). Emotional health is yours (be free from worry & anxiety). Financial health is yours (wealth & riches shall be in your house). Relationship health is yours (it’s not good for us to walk alone). All of this & more is on the table HE laid out FOR YOU!
