I am thrilled to be headed on an out-of-state business trip. Only the second one since Covid! I have been blessed with many clients during this season, but until today, the only face-to-face work was in Texas.

So thankful for the opportunity to work with an amazing group of leaders in the Chemical industry last week. This week, I wrapped up a project with a Senior leadership team who has been working diligently on their professional selling skills. Are you paying attention to the important priorities at work? After returning home from a trip where I'd been gone most of the previous 6 weeks, I found myself attending to a much-neglected garden. After looking at the ground for several hours pulling weeds, I looked up at the tops of my plants. They needed attention, too! It reminded me of a current client who said that she did not have time to pick herself up out of the weeds to pay attention to the "higher level" priorities. Does that sound like your work life? Are you paying attention to the high priority work items, or are you getting lost in the weeds?
