Level II Unarmed Security Officers - Temporary Event Assignments

GPI Defense is staffing four upcoming events across Texas this October and November.

Texas Renaissance Festival
Plantersville, TX
October 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25 & 31
November 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 27, 28 & 29

MudGirl Run
Conroe, TX
October 15-18

Day of the Dead
Denton, TX
October 24

Wings Over Houston Airshow
Ellington Airport - Houston, TX
October 30 & 31 and November 1

Assignments include access control, maintaining a visible security presence, observing and reporting, customer service, and supporting event rules.

Airshow assignments may also include walk-through metal detectors, wanding, and bag searches.

These are temporary event security opportunities for Level II Unarmed Security Officers.

GPI Defense is seeking Level II Security Officers with an active EMT certification for a security-first assignment in Grand Prairie, TX.

While your EMT certification is required, this is not a traditional EMS role. Your primary responsibility is providing professional security services, with basic first aid capability available when needed.

• Monday-Friday operations
• 24-hour site coverage

We are seeking disciplined and dependable individuals who demonstrate professionalism, communication ability, accountability, and composure under pressure.

At GPI Defense, leadership is built through consistency, accountability, and growth over time.

This month, we’re recognizing Lisa Iturri for her 6th year with the company and her continued advancement into the role of Director of Operations over Texas.

Lisa started in Houston Operations and has continued to grow into a key leadership position through hard work, operational discipline, and a commitment to the people and clients we serve.

She is also an Army veteran and actively volunteers with search & rescue efforts outside of work. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her spending time outdoors fishing, hiking, camping, dirt biking, or alongside her German Shepherd, Balboa, who has become a familiar face around the office.

As GPI Defense continues expanding, Lisa is now focused on supporting future overseas operations and continued operational growth across the company.

We appreciate everything she brings to the team and look forward to what’s ahead.
