A new car payment may feel affordable, but it can lower how much home you qualify for.

That does not mean you cannot buy the car. It just means the timing matters.

If buying a home is part of your plan, talk to your mortgage professional before heading to the dealership. Ask them to show you the numbers with the car payment and without it.

🏡✨ JUST SOLD! ✨🏡

These absolutely amazing sellers went through something NO seller should ever have to go through during a transaction. Yet somehow, they remained the kindest, most patient and most understanding clients through all of it. ❤️

Lesson to my fellow agents: Know the lender your buyer is bringing to the table and If not do allllll the homework and then some! It matters more than you think!

I’ll be honest—I got downright nasty a few times to make sure this closing happened. I stepped on some toes, went over a lot of heads, made a few people mad and refused to back down. My job was to protect my sellers and make sure they were taken care of—and that’s exactly what I did.

Even closing day came with one final challenge…closing was over hour late from when we were supposed to sign and the whole closing took FOUR HOURS! 🤦🏼‍♀️ But after all the stress, phone calls, delays and chaos—we finally got it DONE! 🎉🔑

I am so over-the-moon happy for these sellers. They truly deserved a happy ending, and I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me to fight for them every step of the way. Congratulations to the BEST sellers out there! 🥂🏡❤️

🍁 It’s officially FALL!

Give me Bengals Sundays 🧡🖤, Buckeye Saturdays ❤️🏈, sweatpants and hoodies, crisp mornings, bonfires, changing leaves, carving pumpkins with the kiddos 🎃, and running around showing houses with a coffee in my hand. 🏡☕️😂

Basically, fall is football, family, real estate, cozy clothes and controlled chaos… so pretty much all of my favorite things. 🤣

I’m ready to light every fall candle, eat way too much chili and veggie soup and convince myself that sweatpants are appropriate for every occasion, well maybe minus showings 😂🙌🏼
