Hey there, I'm Becca, the owner and founder of The Therapy Office and a Licensed Professional Counselor. What started as my own private practice has grown into something much bigger. Today, it's where I continue to provide therapy for women navigating adulthood, while also helping therapists, counselors, and wellness professionals build independent practices of their own. Whether you're looking fo

I've talked to quite a few people lately who are thinking about office space but aren't necessarily ready to schedule a formal tour, which is exactly why I'm opening the doors at The Therapy Office for one big Drop-In Tour.

On Thursday, August 20 from 3:00–6:30 PM, you can stop by whenever it works for you, walk through the building, see the available spaces, ask questions, and get a better idea of what might actually fit your practice.

The Therapy Office has several different options because I don't think everyone needs to jump straight into a traditional full-time lease. There are Private Offices for people who are ready for their own space, furnished Flexible Offices for people who only need certain days, Solo Day Passes for occasional use, a Group Room for groups and workshops, and Virtual Offices for providers who primarily work remotely but need a professional business address.

You don't have to know which one you need before you come. We can look at what your practice looks like now, where you want it to go, and figure out together what makes the most sense for you.

If you're starting a practice, growing one, looking for a new professional home, or just curious about what's inside the building you've driven past 800 times, come look around.

📅 Thursday, August 20
⏰ 3:00–6:30 PM
📍 The Therapy Office | Springdale, Arkansas

Every day, we’re scrolling past therapists, coaches, creators, podcasts, and strangers explaining why we feel the way we do. Some of it is incredibly helpful, giving us language we’ve never had before. For a lot of people, it was the first time they realized they weren’t lazy, broken, dramatic, or the only person struggling.

So we started asking better questions. We Googled burnout and learned about ADHD. We found ourselves reading about religious trauma, people-pleasing, intrusive thoughts, and nervous systems at two o’clock in the morning. We advocated for ourselves in doctors’ offices and searched for therapists who actually understood what we were experiencing instead of asking us to fit neatly into a checklist.

But eventually, almost everyone reaches the same point. A diagnosis can explain what is happening, but it does not always explain why it shows up the way it does in your life. Why guilt still lingers after leaving a belief system, why saying no feels impossible, why one intrusive thought steals your entire afternoon, or why you can understand your patterns and still feel stuck repeating them.

Those are the conversations I have every day.

The searches in this post are not random. They are the things people ask before they ever tell me a diagnosis, often before they have the words to explain what they are carrying. More often than not, that is a much better place to start.

I’m currently accepting new therapy clients who want help navigating the weight of adulthood with more flexibility, authenticity, and self-trust. If you found yourself somewhere in these searches, the interest form is in my link in bio. We can start with the questions. You do not have to arrive with all the answers.

When I first opened The Therapy Office, I thought I was building a place where people came to see a therapist. Over the last few years, I've realized I was actually building a place where people could take their next step, whatever that happened to look like.

For some people, that next step is starting therapy. For others, it's finally opening a private practice without taking on the cost of a full-time office. Sometimes it's testing an idea with a Solo Day Pass before making a bigger commitment. Sometimes it's finding a place to host a therapy group, workshop, or community event. More often than not, it's simply having a conversation with someone who's willing to help you sort through the options.

That's why you'll see more than one path here. The Therapy Office has grown because the conversations have changed. I've met therapists who needed a business address before they needed an office, providers who wanted one consistent day each week instead of five, and helpers who just wanted someone to walk through the possibilities with them before making a decision. Trying to fit all of those people into one model never made much sense.

If you're new here, this is a good place to start. Take a look through the different ways The Therapy Office can support you, and if you're not sure which option fits, fill out the interest form. From there, we'll schedule an individual consultation or tour and figure out what makes the most sense for where you are right now.

It’s been a little bit since I’ve been in your feed and I can’t say that’s been on purpose 🙈

The Therapy Office made big changes last year and with that came lots backend admin work that made me feel like I was buried alive 🫠

Burnout is real. Breaks are needed. Your mental health is more important than showing up on social media.

If you’re wondering where I’m at, click on the link in bio. I’m not as active on Facebook anymore (and by as active, I mean, I haven’t gotten on there since Christmas). You can also follow me 🥳

Therapists don’t always pause to celebrate wins…we’re too busy holding space, building businesses, and trying to remember if we ate lunch today.

What are you thankful for in your private practice this season?

Maybe it’s…
🌿 A client breakthrough that reminded you why you started.
🌿 A schedule that finally feels aligned with your life.
🌿 Your first real office space (or a cozy sublet that doesn’t drain your soul).
🌿 Community instead of competition.
🌿 The courage to change what wasn’t working.

At The Therapy Office, we’re thankful for good humans doing meaningful work, and the privilege of creating a space where you don’t have to do it alone.

Drop one thing you’re thankful for in your private practice. You never know who needs the reminder today.👇

Let’s talk about the small things, the invisible victories that don’t get celebrated nearly enough:
🌿 The way you breathe before reacting
🌿 The way you protect your peace
🌿 The way you’ve learned to rest without guilt
🌿 The healing you’ve done quietly
🌿 The compassion you’ve shown yourself
🌿 The boundaries you’ve set and honored
🌿 The way you keep choosing yourself, little by little

These things count. These things matter. These things are worth being thankful for.

This week brings a lot of pressure to “be grateful,” even when life feels heavy. Here’s your reminder that gratitude and boundaries can exist together.

You’re allowed to:
✨ Be thankful and exhausted
✨ Love your people and need space from them
✨ Feel grateful and still struggle
✨ Say no to what drains you, even during the holidays

Gratitude isn’t about forcing yourself to feel a certain way, it’s about noticing moments of goodness while honoring your full emotional experience.

If all you do this week is take care of your nervous system, that’s enough.
