Mini white chocolate cake with raspberry preserve filling, white chocolate buttercream, and white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries on top! I changed it up a bit this time by adding yellow icing on the sides and then as always I dusted it with glitter! This cake and icing flavors is one of my MOST requested flavors!

I made our favorite white chocolate cake with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry filling for our family’s Fourth of July celebration this year! I decided to decorate it in red, white, and blue instead of putting raspberries on top this time! I think it turned out really cute!
