A staff member of a firm that provides DocuBank was in a horrible accident with her husband. She was transported to a local hospital by ambulance, while he was airlifted to a facility further away. She told us she was very grateful that his information went with him, even though she couldn't.

A member had their house burglarized and their wallet stolen. The thief called our hotline trying to see what the service was. When the member called to report their wallet stolen, we were able to give them the phone number of the thief.
