As an Appointment setter, you will be reaching out to homeowners for our clients in the home services industries. Experience with appointment setting, sales, or construction industries a plus, but we will train the right people. Any of these would make you a great fit!

This position can be flexible to fit your needs and we are open to remote workers if you are self motivated and commission driven!

Pay starts at $11.50/hour plus commission, with a performance review at 60 days. Pay can be raised to $15/hr at that time with the same commission structure.

Remote work is available for people who have a proven track record in a similar industry.

Here's another lesson we've been mulling on over at We&Co. "The Ideal Team Player" by Patrick Lencioni is where this gem comes from. How do you know if you are working with the right people?
According to Lencioni, they are a combination of Humble, Hungry, and Smart ("smart" being emotionally intelligent). They admit their mistakes, they are driven, and they are constantly learning how to work with other people.
What happens when you get someone who is humble and smart, but not hungry? You get the loveable slacker.
What about humble and hungry? You get the accidental mess-maker.
The scariest of them all is when you get hungry and smart, without humility. This is where the "skillful politician" comes in. They can mimic "humble" qualities but actually have none.
What's worse? By the time they are identified, it's often too late! In short, they are cleverly ambitious and willing to work extremely hard, but only in as much as it will benefit them personally.
Thanks again to Mike for showing me this. I may be mulling over this for weeks to come!

First of all please excuse the long post. As some of you already know, I have some very close friends in Natoma, KS whose community has been devastated with flooding. There have been so many things go wrong in the disaster recovery process but the town itself has joined together and done an incredible job of coming together over the last week.
I've already gotten so much great help and guidance from people in my world. Thank you Jennifer Creed Kieve Garner Mary Overbey for the great suggestions and guidance. Some of them have already helped. Thank you also to anyone who has listened to me over the last week.
I'm posting an article about the flood and town. There is a Go Fund Me page put together by citizens of Natoma. Any help is appreciated, but I am also trying to help connect them with resources and people who have experience in emergency management and disaster relief as the town has been left to figure out a lot of this on their own without external support.
Thank you for reading this whole thing and please keep in your thoughts and prayers.

Many in Natoma ask for help as they continue the cleanup effort from last Sunday’s massive flooding.
