Before the rain settled in, we wrapped up this full property transformation.

This one included demoing the existing abandoned structure, clearing and leveling two lots, correcting a rough front yard area that was practically a hole, and clearing years of overgrowth around the existing pond.

The end result: a cleaner, safer, more usable property with room for what comes next.

Projects like this are often more achievable than people think. Depending on access, hauling, size, and scope, this level of demo, clearing, grading, and cleanup can land in the $30,000–$40,000 range.

**The Next Generation of Old-School**

Retro lines with a futuristic attitude.

We’re built on the same old-school grit that shaped every dirt contractor before us.
We just choose to carry that work ethic into a new era with better systems, better attention to detail, and a vision for where this industry is headed.

We respect where dirtwork came from.
And we’re here to shape where it’s going.

Keep Digging.

**NXT GEN is officially offering full in-house trucking services:
✔️ Haul-off
✔️ Dirt, rock, and gravel delivery
✔️ Material moves for sitework and utilities

A true one-stop shop for builders, contractors, and anyone who needs reliable trucks that show up, communicate, and get it done.

Progress update from our Mister Car Wash project in Lebanon, TN.

Proud of our crews for pushing through material delays and tight site conditions to keep things moving.

We had to lay part of the storm system backwards to stay on schedule, but that’s what problem solving in this business is all about.

✅ Mass grading complete
✅ Utilities installed
✅ Setting the water quality unit
✅ Final runs of storm and sewer underway

The site’s come a long way since day one!
