It was a true honor to address the audience at the 2nd Annual Real Estate Development Summit last week—an absolutely incredible event! I had the privilege of exploring the benefits of TRVDA bond financing, with a particular focus on the double tax-exempt housing bond program, as a viable solution for addressing workforce housing shortages in central IL.

* 30 pairs of work gloves for students to use at UAS' nationally-recognized , where CPS students develop transferrable job skills
* 10 students with one hour of instruction, materials and supplies at our newly created UAS Life Lab, where students practice skills of daily living in a real townhouse in the Little Italy neighborhood
* Assist in offsetting the cost of a monthly Meetup lunch in Little Italy, the longest-running meetup for young adults with autism in the Chicagoland area
* Provide three hours of employment-related services for a young adult at our UAS West Side Transition Academy, where students work on skills they need to land their first job in competitive employment
