Time management tip for the day:
Of course, this does not apply if you have family meals together because engaging with your family is much more important than anything else during a meal. However, if you eat alone frequently, as I do, that is an excellent time to multitask. While I'm eating, I will check on my social media and text with friends and sometimes read a book or catch up on a TV show.
The same can hold true while you are performing other activities. If you are cooking something that does not require your constant attention, you can multitask during that time as well. If I'm browning hamburger for tacos or spaghetti, I will take that opportunity to unload and/or load the dishwasher or go through the fridge looking for any outdated foods that need to be thrown away or get my trash and/or recycling ready to go outside & put fresh bags in the cans.
The more you are able to multitask while doing other activities, the more time you will free up for yourself to spend time with family and friends or engaging in a hobby or activity that you enjoy doing. Most of us have very busy lives and we appreciate every free moment we can find for pleasure and enjoyment.
I hope this tip has helped some of you and you're able to make more time for yourselves during your days!
