I always see these post or signs in contractors office or FB about low prices and workmanship. And what’s important never gets put on a sign or a FB post.
The post should read.
“The bitterness of poor quality workmanship remains long after the satisfaction of a low price.”
I see this play out every week.
Roofs failing years early.
Repairs that never fixed the real problem.
Scopes written to “get by” instead of get it right.
Here’s the truth:
It’s not just bad contractors and theres plenty —it’s a system that rewards low price over quality work.
And in the end, you’re always paying for one of two things:
• The work
• Or the consequences
The consequences are always more expensive.
We focus on what actually failed, why it failed, and what it takes to fix it correctly—so it holds up with contractors, carriers, and engineers.
