Trust: it works like a battery. Today's Coffee with Champions dug into the "Trust Battery" - the idea that every interaction with a coworker either charges or drains the battery between you. Start at 50% on day one, and it fills up or drains down based on whether you deliver on what you promise. Great conversation this morning about what recharges trust (and what drains it fast).

Great way to kick off the morning. Thank you to everyone who came out!

We would also like to thank our sponsors for their continued support of this program.

Another great Coffee with Champions this morning! ☕

This week we explored what it means to start "Climbing Your 2nd Mountain" — thinking about our second half of life, how we view retirement, and what it looks like to use our wisdom to be a force for good. Heavy but hopeful conversation, as always. So grateful for everyone who showed up at 8 AM ready to dig in.

Another great Coffee with Champions this morning! ☕️

This week's topic hit home for a lot of us - we talked about forgiveness and how holding grudges is basically like drinking poison yourself. Heavy stuff, but such a good conversation. Always amazed by the honest, real talks that happen around this table.

Thanks to everyone who showed up at 8 AM ready to dig in.

We would also like to thank our sponsors for their continued support of this program.

Great Conversation Today!

Never Give Up

There will be days when the numbers don't add up, the inbox feels endless, and the to-do list wins. But every breakthrough starts with someone who decided to show up one more time.

That's exactly why we keep showing up for Coffee with Champions. Every week, business owners, leaders, and professionals gather not just for coffee, but for the energy that comes from being around people who get it. People who have been there. People who know that success isn't a solo journey.

A huge thank you to today's Coffee with Champions sponsors for keeping the coffee flowing and the community strong:
- Ashley Himes State Farm Springfield
- Alzheimer's Association: Miami Valley Chapter
- Big Fish Local
- Brain Lumber
- PrimeLending - Springfield OH - Mary Mann
- The Family Secret Sourdough
- Admin Solutions Inc.

So never give up on the idea that brought you here. Never give up on the team counting on you. Never give up on the version of success that is uniquely yours.

The businesses that last aren't the ones that never struggled. They are the ones that refused to quit when things got hard. And the ones that found a community to lean on.

Keep going. Your next chapter is closer than you think. We'll see you at the next Coffee with Champions.
