When you go online and look up our phone number and get a 888 or 800 phone number, note it is not our business. There is a scamming company that has piggy backed with our information along with other tow and salvage yard companies in the Springfield area. They have taken our photos and basic information and replaced our phone numbers with theirs. We all have local numbers starting with 217, please only call local numbers for service. We all are working diligently to get them to remove their information from our online account; however, this is going to be a process.

When calling into a salvage yard, ours or another yard and you are looking for a part, have the vehicle information ready: year make and model and sometimes the submodel for minimum. On most parts you also will need either the vin number and or the engine size. When we are asking the questions on what you need, we are not trying to make your life difficult, we are making sure we look up the correct part for you. Do not guess/think, you need to know for sure. If we sell you a part based on what specs you gave us and it is incorrect, there is a no refund, no return, no exchange policy in place. We do not know what you drive, you should know what you drive.

When calling to sell your vehicle, we ask certain information to give you the best price that we can give. We do not negotiate, IF you want to negotiate, then our price goes down. Also, it is illegal in the state of Illinois to sell a vehicle without a title. This is Illinois law, not ours. Getting an attitude with us does not change the fact that you can not find your title. We will be more than happy to explain your different options on how to obtain a title or how the vehicle can be removed free of charge.

Also, please be polite and end your call with a closing and do not just hang up, especially when we are trying to help you. That is rude!

We are not closed today and we are available to renew your stickers for your vehicles or even transfer title work and get vehicle plates as well.
