On Saturday, July 22, 2023, the employees, supervisors, and management teams of our facilities in Columbus, OH (Parsons Ave. and Joyce Ave.) and Springfield, OH participated in the diversity training seminar, creating a Respectful Workplace through Effective Communication.

Following the group session, the supervisors and management teams participated in the seminar High Performance Leadership: How to inspire effective teamwork for winning performance.

Both sessions were presented by Senior Training Consultant, Mike Acosta and facilitated by Regional HR Manager, Tricia Rasch and Ohio Regional General Manager, Joe Nicolella. FANTASTIC JOB TEAM!
