There’s something especially meaningful about being named Illinois’ SBA 504 Lender of the Year. This award represents what happens when small business owners, lending partners, CDCs, and the SBA work together to turn expansion plans into reality.
Every SBA 504 project represents a business investing in its future, whether that means buying a building, adding equipment, creating jobs, expanding its footprint, or strengthening its community. We’re proud to play a part in that process and even prouder of the partnerships that make it possible. The real measure of this work is the economic development happening in communities across Illinois.
