We are accepting applications for a Job Coach position supporting individuals in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment.

Service Area:
Bryan, Bulloch, Effingham, and Chatham Counties (some or all may be assigned)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide job coaching and workplace supports
• Help individuals build independence and succeed at work
• Collaborate with employers and support teams
• Complete timely documentation
• Travel within assigned counties

Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred

Join us in welcoming Jason Millard, Supported Employment Specialist with B&B Care, Inc., to the 2025 Georgia APSE Conference!

In his session, “Finding Your Voice: Helping Individuals Self-Advocate in the Workplace,” Jason will share practical strategies for helping career seekers build confidence, improve communication skills, and advocate for themselves on the job. He’ll discuss low-stress, engaging methods—like visual cues, mock conversations, and family involvement—to strengthen communication and self-advocacy in real workplace settings.

Jason will be joined by one of the career seekers he supported, Trey, who will share his journey of overcoming workplace anxiety and learning to confidently engage with co-workers.

Jason brings his CBTAC, ACRE, and DSP-1 certifications and years of hands-on experience to empower career seekers of all abilities to find success through meaningful employment.

In her engaging session, Hayley will share practical strategies for connecting with businesses—from creating meaningful “leave-behind” materials that tell your participants’ stories, to developing strong relationships through authentic networking. Attendees will also get hands-on experience crafting their own elevator pitch using the principles she teaches.

Amanda Ganser is a Strategic Employment Development Specialist at B&B Care, Inc., where she plays a role in advancing supported employment opportunities for individuals with diverse needs. With a strong foundation in Therapeutic Recreation and Psychology, Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree.

Amanda is also ACRE certified, this credential has enhanced her ability to create customized employment solutions, develop strategic partnerships with local employers, and advocate for inclusive hiring practices. Her work focuses on guiding individuals through every stage of the employment process—from career discovery and skills development to job placement and long-term success.
Passionate about her field, Amanda finds joy in helping others reach their full potential and believes that meaningful employment is a vital part of a fulfilling life. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her fiancé and friends in the Savannah area.
