Early mornings. Strong leadership. One team. 💪🚜

Our Williams Excavation (WEX) Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents kicked off the morning bright and early with a 6:00 AM breakfast meeting!
These meetings are about more than just discussing projects. They’re about strengthening communication, aligning expectations, prioritizing safety, and making sure our teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.

Great leadership starts with accountability, teamwork, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

Proud of this group and the dedication they bring to WEX each and every day!

Some mornings are worth stopping for. 🌅

An incredible sunrise over the shop this morning called for a Kodak moment of Jacob Houtchens in #1175.

We’re thankful for a dedicated team that takes pride in their equipment, their work, and representing Williams Excavation every day. It’s the people behind the wheel who keep us moving forward.

Great view. Great equipment. Even better people. 💪
