It’s Jayme of Stressed Out Humans LLC this name has always made me chuckle. I hope it makes clear who this is for! 🙂

I’d love to invite you to check out this non sleep deep rest (yoga nidra) workshop tomorrow I’m offering at Phelps Grove Park. You can now find me frequently posting as Jayme Sweere Yoga Therapy. You might remember me from a talk at your workplace or from Movement Collective yoga studio formerly located in Pickwick neighborhood in Springfield MO.

When my studio closed due to COVID-19 I decided to combine my years of experience as a stress educator, strength coach and yoga therapist along with my background eCourse production to create personalized program that meets your individual needs and goals.

These programs are designed to support you find both structure and ease in your daily routines. This is not a cookie cutter approach, you and I meet individually in-person or over zoom and I offer monthly group live classes and calls to support integrating the program materials by putting them into action in your life.

My approach is to work through the body to address mental and emotional patterns that no longer serve you and to take step-by-step, doable, and trauma informed approach to helping you reconnect with your body and take action towards making your home environment and lifestyle a place where both work and healing can happen. Many of my clients find they experience more joy, ease, and even a sense of freedom from our work together. I can help you reconnect to your own natural rhythms and find the pace for progress that is just right for you.

Yoga Nidra with Jayme Sweere

Come experience the well-researched practice of non-sleep deep rest for yourself. A simple and rejuvenating practice that supports cognitive function and focus. Often practitioners find that 20 minutes of yoga nidra feels like several hours of sleep! This is an especially helpful practice for folks with conditions like insomnia or ADHD and it is also an amazing tool for anyone looking to optimize their physiology and reclaim their own attention.

You will learn everything you need to know to start your own practice at home or work. Audio recording are provided for future use. This class is appropriate for all-levels and anyone who is old enough to stay on their matt for an hour. Bring any props you need to be comfortable.
