According to the SBA (U.S. Small Business Association), these are just some of the tasks a person who runs a small business would have to do. If you looked at that list and said "wow, that seems very intimidating", we are right there with you. Running a small business requires such variety of tasks that it is virtually impossible for one person to learn/do all of it without any help. Luckily, helping is literally our entire purpose. The best part of the Springfield SBDC is teamwork. We have a community of people with widely varied skillsets, which means that we get to help you every step of the way. We love all 16 of our business advisors, each for different reasons. That's the whole point! We hope this quote from Quinnton Howard of shows how great not only our team is, but also our clients. We love to spotlight our amazing business advisors (because they are awesome), but at the end of the day the success of a small business depends on the dedication and motivation of the person/people founding and running it.
