Due to continued increases in fuel costs and overall operating expenses, Williams Repair Service will be making a small adjustment to our service call pricing.

Starting soon, our updated service call fee will reflect the rising cost of travel required to continue providing reliable in-home appliance repair throughout the service area.

We want to be upfront with our customers — most of our work involves significant driving time between calls, and fuel prices have a direct impact on keeping our service timely, dependable, and available.

❄️ BEFORE:
Customer reported the fresh food section of their refrigerator was not cooling properly and there was a loud growling noise coming from the unit.
Upon inspection, we found heavy ice buildup blocking the evaporator fan that pushes cold air into the fresh food compartment. The fan was struggling to spin — causing the noise and stopping proper airflow.

🧊 AFTER:
Ice was safely cleared, airflow restored, and the fan is running smoothly again. Fresh food section is cooling like it should and the customer’s refrigerator is back in service! ✅
