Our crew continues to make progress on the MDOT project while we also work to restore service for our DSL customers south of the Village who are experiencing connectivity issues.

We've engaged our outside technical experts and are actively working to identify the cause and restore service as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these issues.

NOTICE - the Fiber customers in Springport Village will experience a short outage beginning this morning. Due to the ongoing MDOT project, our fiber facilities need to be moved and cannot be moved in an overnight maintenance window. We will move as quickly as possible but expect an outage lasting for a few hours.

Power outages have disrupted Internet service in locations around our service area. Generators are deployed where it is possible but there are still areas without service. We are seeing estimated power restoration times for the day/evening of Monday, March 16.
