Power outages have disrupted Internet service in locations around our service area. Generators are deployed where it is possible but there are still areas without service. We are seeing estimated power restoration times for the day/evening of Monday, March 16.

This has been rescheduled to 11/4/15 due to a schedule conflict.

Routine maintenance will be performed on core equipment overnight October 16 and 17. The maintenance window is reserved for work between midnight and 6:00 a.m. Any outage experienced is not expected to last for the entire duration of the maintenance window time frame. If you have an outage that lasts beyond 6:00 a.m., please reboot your equipment and if service isn't restored, please call our help desk at 877-820-7976.
