Getting a ton of questions today and the answer is no we still cannot do the suppressors without a tax stamp until further notice. Yes SilencerCo did transfer a couple overnight without the tax stamp, but those were transferred to their CEO who was granted immunity because he’s the one who filed the lawsuit. Until further notice and we have been told so we are still not allowed to. Hoping it’s by the first of the year. 

Looks like they put a seven day stay on it in case there’s an appeal, but let’s hope it’s upheld
