Meet Justin Been! 👋

We’re excited to introduce you to Justin Been, our Director of Business Compliance!

Justin grew up in Earth, TX, and these days, his favorite way to spend his time is with his wife and kids. ❤️ Family is at the center of his life, and he wouldn’t trade those moments for anything.

A few things you should know about Justin:

🥩 Favorite meal: A good ribeye steak, easily!

🎶 Music: He loves it ALL! His playlist is incredibly diverse, with music from just about every era and genre.

🏔️ Favorite vacation: His family cabin in Ruidoso, where an extended summer trip with his wife and kids created some of his favorite memories.

One saying that has resonated with Justin more and more over the years is:

“Time is invaluable. Don’t waste it or take it for granted, but enjoy all that you have.”

We’re proud to have Justin as part of the Cap Rock team and appreciate all he brings to our organization. 💙

Thanks for letting us get to know you a little better, Justin! 👏
