📞 Service Update Resolved

The issue affecting some customers' ability to receive incoming calls has been resolved. The error on the other carrier's network has been cleared, and calls should now be operating as normal.

📞🚨 Service Update 📞

We are currently aware of an issue affecting some customers' ability to receive incoming calls. After extensive troubleshooting, we have isolated the problem to another carrier's network and have confirmed that the issue is not originating within the Cap Rock Telephone network.

This matter has been escalated beyond our local support teams and is currently being addressed at a higher level with the affected carrier. We are actively monitoring the situation and working with all parties involved to help expedite a resolution.

We understand how important reliable communication is and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience as the carrier works to restore normal service.
