Three years ago today, we onboarded a new client. We are still creating together in 2026.

By now, we know what they would never say. We know which stories matter, which details their audience responds to, and how their brand should sound.

That familiarity cannot be recreated with a random caption or a one-time project. It grows through consistency, trust, and paying attention.

Three years of working together is a milestone I do not take lightly. I am grateful they continue to trust us with their voice.

Visibility Note #2

Clients often tell me they do not know what to post. Then they spend ten minutes answering one client question and give me enough material for social media, a blog, and an email.

Accountants hear the same planning questions every year. Bookkeepers explain the same reports every month. Financial advisors clarify the same misconceptions. Insurance agents answer the same coverage questions.

You already have the expertise. You need someone who knows how to uncover it and turn it into a consistent visibility plan.

That is what Visibility Guided does. Learn more - https://f.mtr.cool/veswqilgbg

Can I tell you the biggest mistake I see in email marketing?

Your next client doesn't need another promotion.
They need another reason to trust you.

The best emails I have ever received had absolutely nothing to sell me. They simply made me feel like someone was checking in.

That is how I think about my weekly newsletter. I do not sit down wondering, “What can I sell today?” I ask, “What would genuinely help someone this week?”

Your clients do not need one more stiff newsletter filled with information they could find anywhere. They need clear, useful guidance from someone they already trust.

When your email feels like a conversation, people begin to see you as someone they know. That is where referrals, repeat clients, and long-term relationships begin.

If writing your newsletter feels stressful, you may be trying to write a campaign when your readers really want a conversation.

I dive deeper into this in my newest blog. Read it at the link in the comments.

Today marks one year with one of our clients.

The longer we work together, the less time they have to spend explaining what sounds right and what does not. We learn their voice, their priorities, the questions their clients ask, and the details that make their business different.

That is why ongoing content support works. Strong visibility is not built from one clever caption. It is built by showing up consistently in a voice people recognize.

Here is to another year of making their marketing feel easier.

Trust matters more than trends when someone is choosing a CPA, bookkeeper, financial advisor, or insurance agency.

That means your content should not sound like it came from a generic template. It should reflect the questions your clients ask, the way you explain complicated topics, and the values behind your work.

That is the difference between creating posts and building visibility.

If your marketing looks polished but still does not sound like you, check out my visibility options, https://f.mtr.cool/cbacbsccxh

You're probably paying more for your marketing than you think.
Stop measuring marketing by dollars alone. Start measuring it by what it's costing you.

Visibility Note #1. A conversation I have almost every week goes something like this... '𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘐 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦.'

My answer? Maybe. But I don't think you need to become better at social media.

I think you need to stop believing it all has to be your job. You didn't start your business to write captions after dinner. You started it to serve your clients.

That's where I come in.
