Newco was founded in 1974, by the families of Ed Vittoe and Joseph Webster. Webster originally embarked to design and build a coffee brewer for the Food Service industry. This proved to be a difficult task for an unknown equipment manufacturer. Joe Webster’s determination and willingness to listen to the customer revealed a need in the marketplace for OEM replacement parts and service for their br
ewing equipment. Seizing an opportunity, Newco began to deliver OEM replacement parts for a fair price, which built credibility and a loyal customer base. Establishing a successful replacement parts business and customer base, Mr. Webster continued to listen to customer needs and develop innovative solutions for the OCS Industry while expanding into the Food Service, Coffee Roaster, and Convenience Store markets. Since the beginning, Newco has earned a solid reputation in the OCS and Food Service markets through the development of innovative products designed specifically to meet the unique needs of our customers. Today, Newco is a leading manufacturer of commercial coffee and tea brewing equipment and related accessories. The company operates in a state of the art 120,000 square foot facility located in Saint Charles, Missouri. Newco is vertically integrated with in-house capability of software and engineering design, metal fabrication, custom graphics, and electronic control board manufacturing processes.
